About Alexander Mcconkey

I'm a Senior at Texas Christian University. I am looking for internships in the finance and commercial real estate industry for the summer of 2024. I am involved in the TCU Real Estate Club where I have grown my knowledge of the real estate and connected with professionals in the industry. During the summer of 2022 I had an amazing experience with RE Tech Advisors as an operations intern. While at RE Tech I was able to manage/organize over 5000 commercial real estate assets. RE Tech allowed me to pursue my passion for the environment by creating loan scorecards for various clients. These scorecards quantified the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impacts a specific property had. I have been working as a valuations intern at SitusAMC since January of 2023.
