Here are a few milestones from my journey, with all humility intact.🌱 Fleeing Georgia during its civil war taught me invaluable lessons in navigating change and uncertainty. This formative experience has become a cornerstone of my professional ethos, empowering me to perceive potential where others see obstacles and to seize opportunities amidst challenges.🚀 Leading the Dutch innovation ecosystem for more than 110 NGOs and 3,000+ practitioners has been a highlight, covering topics from inclusion and shifting power to digitalization, climate justice, leadership, and CSR.🌐 Facilitating over 300 workshops on re-imagining leadership for C-suite leaders, strategy development, digital health, partnership building, shifting power, and innovation, among other topics has opened doors to a wealth of expriences.💡 Incubating innovative products, platforms, and partnerships globally has allowed me to spark change in peacebuilding, human rights, youth leadership, social entrepreneurship, and education, as well as on HIV/AIDS, LGBTQI+, gender equality, and digitalization. 🌍 Developing and overseeing multiple international development programs has been a big learning experience of my journey, working with over 100 NGOs and managing total budgets ranging from 30 to 45 million EUR.🎙 My extreme curiosity has propelled me to host two successful podcast series — Disrupt Development and Future Leaders ‘Toekomst Leiders’. These efforts have cultivated a community of over 20,000 listeners, fostering a space for transformation. As the journey unfolds, my current focus is on nurturing Disrupt Development, a social enterprise I am immensely proud to have founded. We are dedicated to challenging the status quo and crafting new futures, driven by a vision of a radically better world for both people and the planet. Disrupt is not just an enterprise; it's a movement and blueprint for how to do business differently, now scaling with over 50 disruptors and on our way to reaching 100.
