• Since Oct. 2009 - Retailers & Consumer Goods Producers Dept- Conceptualizing potential transactions according to the Bank’s requirements and targets; establishment of relations and initiation of deals;- Meetings and further comprehensive banking services’ negotiations with the clients: account opening, deposit placement and provision of financing; - Prepare clients’ profiles and providing recommendations for possible cash management and/or banking investments and assess their potential return; - Implementation of arrangements and pending matter/problem solving; coordination between various departments of the bank and clients on a daily basis to ensure smooth processing of transactions;- Negotiating and structuring deals with the Company’s top management and/or shareholders, including debt restructuring;- Preparation of proposals and presentations of applications to Credit Committee for evaluation and acceptance;- Conduct credit and financial analysis, cash flow projections and modeling;- Managing of the credit portfolio – monitoring, analyzing and reporting of the project activities.• 2005-2008 International Clients Deskall the above points plus- Support and servicing of cross-border (international) clients of UniCredit Croup and multinationals;- Consulting and advisory in respect of clients queries;- Marketing and development of relationships with the business-related institutions and companies.

• Coordinate preparation of the relevant reports on Banking policies and procedures; perform compliance checking of project documents with the rules in force;• Contribute to preparation of Bank’s framework documents (revised Financial Policies, Annual Budget, Business Plan) as appropriate;• Interact with high level officials from IFIs (WorldBank, EBRD), Member Countries governmental agencies and international commercial banks for business generation and co-financing arrangements; • Analyze and prepare briefings on investment project and trade finance operations at various development stages of the project cycle; • Draft conference materials, presentations and reports on Bank’s portfolio for the use of the Vice President Banking/Operations;• Maintain permanent contact with the Bank’s non-residential governing bodies (Board of Directors, Board of Governors members) on behalf of the Vice President Banking/Operations;• Ensure management support for the Vice President Banking/ Operations.

• 1997-2001 Export Development Department- Administer and supervise the project implementation of World Bank Financed Development Projects (Export Development Project) with a budget of USD 60 mln;- Review of loan proposals, preliminarily assess the financial position of potential borrowers, propose and assess different types of securities for the loans;- Perform loan structure analyses and draft review documents for the World Bank "No objection", - Endorse authorization on disbursement of funds;- Perform loan and collateral monitoring and management; - Maintain permanent contact with World Bank, borrowers, Participating Banks, Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in order to ensure suitable project developments and implementation. • 1992 - 1997 International Loans Department- Initiate and establish cooperation relations with foreign governmental and international financial institutions, Export Credit Agencies and commercial banks for Ukreximbank, as Agent of the Ukrainian Government;- Responsible for first time arrangements of major government credit lines covered by ECAs (Hermes,Germany), US Eximbank or/and institutions like US Department of Agriculture (through specially designed programs GSM-102 for 220 mln. USD and PL-480 for 40 mln. USD) and European Commission (assistance programmes over 130 mln. ECU); Under this framework, the responsibilities were as follows:* negotiate the terms and conditions of the credit lines with the ECAs and the Participating Banks;* prepare and review loan documentation (from the legal and financial viewpoint);* ensure monitoring the funding.

• Prepare consolidated budget information from various economic sectors used to create national budget data. • Conduct research and analysis of sectoral data and develop forecasts of sectoral budget performance.• Ensure maintenance and update of centralized budget data and prepare relevant status reports.
