- Seller has strategic knowledge of customer's market-place and knows all implications and opportunities resulting from product/service supply relating to customer's market-place.- Strategic interpretation of the customer organisation's market opportunities, and assistance with project evaluation and decision-making are added value aspects of supply- Accountable for delivering sales, margin and market share objectives within GE lighting in the North American consumer market- Collaborate with the other brand team members on budget management, sales forecasting, project management, creative development, and communication planning.- Champion the voice of the consumer to drive business strategy and new product concepts- Provide innovative solutions and initiatives- Manage objectives with rigorous metrics including ROI.- Work within Marketing organization and cross-functionally to achieve goals including but not limited to research, packaging, and digital initiatives - Work collaboratively with sales to develop business-building promotions - Create world-class communications and advertising
