- Wrote scripts for processing raw test data in Python for a company that develops AI-driven, actively controlled aerodynamic devices for semi-trucks- Designed and sourced a PCB for filtering signals from tachometer sensors- Designed and built a device for characterizing blower fans by varying the flow rate into the fan andmeasuring the static pressure drop. Wrote a PID controller in Python to control the fan rpm. Read allsensors and recorded data with Python on a Raspberry Pi.

- Performed Product Support Analysis (PSA) to investigate discrepancies in the Logistics Management Information (LMI) database for the AN/TPY-2 radar system- Organized and analyzed large product information datasets using advanced Excel techniques.- Analyzed 2D drawings, parts lists, and assembly/repair information to perform FMEA.- Worked with a team of other logistics engineers to fix the discrepancies in the LMI database based on my recommendations

- Designed a nozzle used for cleaning flux from semiconductor wafers. Also used SolidWorks to create assembly instructions for the production of wiring harnesses

My primary role at A&M was managing all of the GPS units installed on their fleet of refrigerated trailers and containers. This involved interacting with several types of GPS monitoring software platforms, along with the installation of new units and the maintenance and repair of existing units.

- Designed and built simple, robust packaging for a sensitive Radar Antenna that cut costs by 90%- Collaborated with the electrical engineering team to design a backplane for an AESA radar antenna, including choosing appropriate connectors and creating 3D models of the aluminum enclosures for the circuitry- Aided in thermal testing of the AESA radar antenna cooling system and utilized SolidWorks Flow Simulation to optimize fluid flow and heat transfer- Designed heat sinks for various enclosures housing circuitry and performed thermal analysis using SolidWorks

- Built a full scale wooden model of an F-5 avionics bay for use to display our radar system at trade shows- Developed Assembly process for Nemesis Radar Gimbals and created assembly instructions for future technicians- Created a leak testing fixture to aid in the repair of a AN/APY-2 radar cooling manifold from an E-3 Sentry- Designed enclosures for circuitry using CAD software then machined them out of aluminum with CNC mills

- Reverse Engineered a Radar Antenna Gimbal from an F-5 Fighter Jet and created 3D models using SolidWorks following DFM/DFA principles- Sourced Mil-Spec bearings, hardware, and motors for the Gimbal that met the desired standards for mechanical and electrical properties- Created and released 2D drawings for each of the main components of the Gimbal using industry standards- Used 3D printers and Laser cutters to manufacture prototype parts and create fixture for assembly and testing- Set up fixtures on CNC mills, loaded tooling, and helped write CAM for various aluminum parts
