I lead the Data Science team and am responsible for:• A team, technology and process that have delivered circa 50 predictive models for outbound marketing and personalisation to customers, each responsible for up to £150K in license fees for Adzact whilst delivering a 3-4x ROI for our customers - see some of our success stories here• Championing a culture that balances innovation with getting stuff done: building pathways for people to grow with and mature their ideas into product offerings• Recruiting and retaining a strong, diverse team and ensuring their ongoing career development in a safe, empowering environmentOther key projects include:• Quickly established an initial pipeline of approx. 500 prospects spending > £120K/year on B2B digital ads using our in-house technology & data• Streamlined a stage of our sales process to close opportunities faster by building indicative audiences from a prospect’s advertising history on LinkedIn • Greatly increased the size of our addressable market by increasing the flexibility of our modelling process, allowing us to serve companies with no outbound marketing history • Trading AI: the rapid delivery of a new product to allow our customers to keep marketing at the height of the Covid lockdowns - protecting revenue streams and helping alleviate the reputational risk to our customers• Expansion to the US: a 10x on the scale of web data processed whilst reducing the unit cost by 35%
