- Responsible for designing, architecting and developing NLP solutions and features (from models to surrounding backend software architecture and internal tools) within a new and quickly developing Sales Conversational Intelligence application.- Closely working directly with executives to ensure the ML-based functionality and NLP related goals of the new application are met.- Designed and orchestrated the implementation of software tools to help engineers quickly iterate models and data without having to touch code. Thus allowing engineers to focus on the problem rather than the code.- Leveraging state of the art pre-trained transformers for real-time text classification, text generation and text similarity use-cases.- Researching the tuning of transformers to sales industry specific usecases, evolving the transformer from a language understanding machine to a sales understanding machine.- Designed and developed a feature that leverages user interactions as a labeling method to counter data drift and further tune NLP models to user groups.- Designed automated MLOps solutions to continually transform and engineer new data, retrain NLP models and monitor models in production.- Responsible for design and orchestration of implementation of Data Lake, Transform/Test/Train stores and Model Registry for quick and secure model experimentation.- Staying up to date on the latest research and techniques involving NLP, Deep Learning, ML Ops and cloud architecture & design patterns.(Re:them Incubation)

Founded a club for students who are interested in careers in new and exponential technologies. Some of these include AI, Blockchain, Quantum communications/computation, 3D printing, and CRISPR technologies. The mission is to build a think tank of an open-minded, system oriented student community to discuss these technologies and their possible influences in the future and how to involve ethics into their implementation.

Researched cloud platforms to run Machine Learning algorithms for product recommendation and customer churn predictions. Contacted Google and implemented ML infrastructure on the Google Cloud. Found ways to increase the size of datasets by using outside sources in order to produce stronger and more accurate predictions. Contacted external data providers and selected the ideal vendor based on cost, data relevance and accuracy.
