Kyiv, Ukraine Key Accountabilities:• Adaptation of foreign design projects in compliance with Ukrainian legislation and local technological capabilities • Negotiations and consultations with designers at all stages of the project.• Work with design and architectural blueprints.• Work with investors for coordination of the project goals and details. Offering the most efficient options and solutions.• Scheduling, coordinating and inspecting subcontractors.• Conduct negotiations with local and foreign suppliers. (United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Russia).• Planning, preparation and execution of procurement procedures according to designer’s schedules: furniture, lightning, window dressings, sanitaryware, finishing material (floor, walls, ceilings), etc. • Offering alternative procurement options to minimize purchasing costs without compromising quality and design.;• Collection and analyzing pricing for tendering• Control of payments and deliveries.• Implementation of import deliveries, including full control on logistics and customs procedures.• Coordination of the contractors and controlling their usage of the materials in compliance with project design documentation. • Constant interaction with the Capital Construction department.• Provide and update reports for stakeholders and investors. Such as Materials supply schedules, Procurement budgets, Financial reporting and overall project progress.
