Skills development coach for various age groups and skill/experience levels. Design and set up drill camps for teams as well as individual players, focusing on the "fine" skill set. Camps combine off ice strength exercises, which directly relate to the on ice development. - Perform various administrative functions of assigned accounts - Locate and monitor overdue accounts using various computer programs - Confer with payers about overdue or underpaid accounts - Record information about collection efforts for various accounts - Send and monitor claims to large insurance firms - Meeting collection goals for positive cash flows - Identifying problem accounts and working accordingly to recover payments - Working in coordination with other departments and collectors for efficient recovery of payments - Setting up patient accounts in billing system - Extensive telephone work - Insurance verification - setting up patient accounts in billing system - working with field clinic staff to process patient paperwork and resolve issues - work directly with the patients as a patient advocate and educator to ensure the patients receive all benefits for which they are eligible
