I have over five years of experience in customer service. Within these five years: I executed sales goals that over achieved company standards, successfully trained associates in all positions I was certified in, and proved to be a team leader by directing associates to complete tasks. I have recently graduate Nevada State College with a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Criminal Justice. Within my four years at Nevada State College, I have achieved skills of written/oral communication, public speaking, active listening and learning, critical thinking and decision making, time management, and many more.Overall, I take pride in what I do and have proven to overcome obstacles in any given situation.
