Industrial Maintenance Technician
CurrentPerform routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations at the egg packaging facility.Responsibilities include:1. Conduct daily inspections and maintenance tasks on packaging lines, conveyors, and related equipment.2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues.3. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacement of parts.4. Install new equipment, machinery, and components as needed.5. Collaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and optimize production schedules.6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.7. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company standards.8. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
