I also assist residential owners and contractors to resolve a variety of disputes, including complaints filed with the CCB.In real estate, I litigate eminent domain proceedings on behalf of both the condemning authority and property owners. I regularly assist commercial property owners and tenants in all types of disputes related to leasing, payments, and use of the property. I represent residential real estate brokers against claims for professional negligence, as well as title companies involved in insurance coverage claims.In business, I assist clients with resolving contract disputes with customers, vendors, and suppliers. I also have significant experience resolving shareholder disputes, including disputes among owners of closely held family companies. Although my practice focuses on these areas, in my career I have worked on matters in many other areas of law, include trusts and estates, employment, and education.
