As a Cabin Interior Development Engineer worked for Commercial and Executive Aviation projects, acting in cabin safety, interior crashworthiness, passenger cabin configuration and baggage compartment components during development and certification campaign. Detailed Experience:- Development, certification and testing of cabin interior components for the Embraer commercial and executive aircraft, such as EMBRAER 170/190, Lineage 1000 and Legacy 650, considering RBAC/FAA 14 CFR/CS Part 25, with active participation in certification authorities meetings;- Certification experience with: ANAC (Brazil), FAA, EASA, Regulatory Authorities from Indonesian, Turkey and Russia;- Approval Engineer for modifications classified as Minor;- Issuance of certification plan for Major modifications, including Engineering Substantiation, Means-of-Compliance, schedule and test strategy;- Replies to FCAR’s, Issue Papers, CRI’s among other formal communication during certificatory process;- NPRM’s and AD’s evaluation and comments to authorities- Author and internal approver of certification reports including System Description, Interior compliance Inspection, ground and flight Test Proposals and Results, Test Qualification. - Interface with interior structures team, flammability team, design team and others;- Participation in design reviews of interior monuments and components;- Specialist engineer responsible for development of new mechanical window shade for Legacy 650 and new electrical window shade for Lineage 1000. Support the supplier during the development, qualification test and product improvements.- Participate on supplier’s procurement and selection, subsequent elaboration and approval of Technical High Level Requirements, Work Sharing and Statement of Work for cabin interior components.- Support Operation and Maintenance Manuals elaboration and validation. Review and analysis of Service Bulletins;- Production support and follow up – MRB

Developing and updating the project management and schedule of the EMBRAER 170/190 aircraft assembly sequence, integrating the relationship between aircraft installation considering the technical predecessor, duration e resource workforce and equipment, using the Primavera Project Planner software.Development cycle reduction plans, studies and budgets to improve productivity and workforce.Elaborating work instruction for assembly teams.

Experience in conception and development of aircraft Interior (liners, monuments and window shades), Air conditioning System (designing distribution ducts and Ram-Air), Oxygen System (designing Fill, Gages and Relief lines and gaseous system distribution line), Bleed (designing tubing), Pressurization and Hydraulic Systems, using Catia software.Performing zonal analyses of interfaces with other systems of the aircraft including the structure parts.Knowledge in manufacturing process of composite materials, (fiber glass, fiber carbon, polycarbonate conforming, honeycomb panels), manufacturing tolling supporting the molding tooling design for composite parts.

Experience in sheet metal drawing and process, elaboration drawings and numeric control program (CNC) used on the manufacturing process. Designing the jigs and tooling used in punching process.
