I've worked in heavy civil construction for over 4 years leading and assisting project teams with responsibilities such as: Preparing claim documentation and presenting positions in dispute hearings, preparing change order price proposals, subcontractor coordination and scheduling, billing/payment monitoring from owners and subcontractors including PFE's at project completion, communicating with agencies/owners for field changes and issues, directing means and methods of contract and change order work, creating work plans for specific item task, production tracking and cost projection, document control for RFI's/submittals/transmittals/invoices, and preparing comprehensive engineering drawings as needed.I'm very passionate about structure construction and enjoy learning new things every day. The best part of the heavy civil industry is making a positive impact on society through the improvement of infrastructure. My experience at the FMI Project Management Academy (Feb 2023) has helped fine tune my abilities to excel in project management and leadership.In my free time, I enjoy playing water polo with my friends in an amateur masters water polo league, grilling, golfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, and riding rollercoasters!
