During my second year in the ABB Talent Internship Program I was supporting supply chain management with new supplier registrations and qualifications in SAP Ariba as well as some contract management work. I was also involved in a few supplier performance evaluation projects and cost savings projects.

Participated in the ABB Talent Internship Program and worked as an operational purchaser for a local ABB factory. This included creating purchase orders in SAP, following up deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and handling claims. It also required close collaboration with both the suppliers and the production.

Summer worked as a house painting entrepreneur around Vaasa. Besides painting houses this also included marketing & sales, project planning, making quotations, bookkeeping, invoicing, and customer service.

Summer worked and part-time worked as a CNC-machinist, mainly with turning but also milling as well as in flexible manufacturing systems (FMS). Occasionally, I also worked with hydrostatic testing and assembling.
