¥ Governance visibility, coordinating, and responsible for the deliverables of Enterprise Architecture, Business Relationship Management, Project Management, Change Management, Supplier Management, and Quality Assurance functions in the department. ¥ Ensure the payment of IT vendors is based on Service performance ¥ Provide expert Advice and Support to the IT Management to deliver services as required and manage the overall IT Plans and budget from a planning and governance point of view. ¥ Ensure best practice risk mitigation and assessment functions are maintained to comply with the client’s strategy. ¥ Track and report on Strategic initiatives in the department ¥ Coordinate, track, and report on IT Governance functions with the directors and Managers of the company ¥ Provide Monthly Service performance reports on various critical platforms for clients ¥ Responsible for driving and coordinating all Compliance requirements. ¥ Ensure the tracking and remediation of all control management functions for clients and provide status reports to the Governance security committee of the IT steering committee.
