Owner / Founder of Mae Coffee Roasters as well as head of all operations.

At this position, the role was to be a barista. As a specialty coffee shop, our role was to provide the highest quality coffee, service and experience to our customers. At this job, I also was a cook for multiple months and actually had the opportunity to manage and train my peers within the kitchen during a staff turnover period. Other experiences at this job also revolved around roasting coffee and ordering green coffee as well as brewing cold brew and making deliveries.

At this job, the main role was to engage, lead, manage and aid in the getting of, and succeeding at jobs of our clients. Our clients were people with disabilities. The role was focused on finding the strengths and weaknesses of our clients and aiding them in finding the most efficient manner to accomplish the task at hand. Along with this, our role was also to help communicate with co workers of our clients as well as find manners in which we could get our clients new positions, promotions, or new skills in the work place.

At this position the main roles were to assist superiors in maintenance positions. During busy weeks, my roles shifted from an assistant to service technician, where I gained the appropriate skills to accomplish apartment turns when old clients would leave and new tenants would move in. Here, I also helped with special projects, one specifically being the creation of a wooden balcony as well as repainting units. I also would replace and repair appliances for the tenants.
