Operational Law Paralegal NCOIC for 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson, Colorado. Provide legal support in all operations and exercises for the 4th Infantry Division. Manage and maintain equipment, and logistics for the Operational Law section. Provide information and legal relevance to three lawyers and a division of commanders in regards to Law of Armed Conflict, and the Rules of Engagement. Attend and participate in training exercises throughout the world.

Paralegal for the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) consisting of over 2,600 Soldiers; responsible for assisting in the training, mentoring, and technical supervision of four Paralegals assigned to the command; responsible for the administration and management of all legal support and actions; provided legal guidance to commanders and senior Non-Commissioned Officers pertaining to all six core legal disciplines; coordinates and conducts required Law of Armed Conflict and Rules of Engagement training; ensures adequate provisions of administrative legal support to Judge Advocates, including equipment, facilities, and supply maintenance. Acted as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge for six months supervising, mentoring and assisting all Battalion Paralegals.

Paralegal Non-Commissioned Officer for a 1,000-man Airborne Ranger Battalion capable of no notice deployment within 18 hours or less to conduct combat operations in support of U.S. policies and objectives; directly responsible for the preparation and processing of all legal actions to include courts-martial, non-judicial punishment, General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand, administrative separations, administrative law actions, legal assistance issues, and release for standards; advises the Battalion Commander and six Company Commanders daily on legal matters. Deployed three times in support of Operation Enduring Freedom assisting two attorneys on each deployment in legal briefings, investigations, file management, legal assistance matters, financial law reviews, operational law matters and military justice actions.

Paralegal Specialist for the 75th Ranger Regiment, capable of no notice deployment within 18 hours or less to conduct combat operations in support of U.S. policies and objectives; directly responsible for the preparation and processing of all legal actions to include courts-martial, non-judicial punishment, General Officer Memorandum of Reprimand, administrative separations, administrative law actions, legal assistance issues, and release for standards; advises the Regimental Commander, four Battalion Commanders and multiple Company Commanders daily on legal matters. Deployed once in support of Operation Enduring Freedom assisting seven attorneys in legal briefings, investigations, file management, legal assistance matters, financial law reviews, operational law matters and military justice actions.
