Asset Manager
CurrentThe role implies looking for opportunities to add value to the company's portfolio by carrying out financial analysis, managing lettings, renewals and rent reviews, while also being in direct contact with the occupiers to fully understand their businesses' needs. Furthermore, the role includes identifying risk and delivering insights to the rest of the team.Key accountabilities include:- Put forward recommendations for the annual budgets (MLA, capex and opex) as part of the business plan- Deliver timely and accurate reporting on the property portfolio- Manage lettings, renewals, rent reviews etc. in the portfolio and optimize the rent- Pro-actively look for and exploit opportunities to add value to the portfolio- Build and maintain warm and productive relationships with the occupiers- Collaborate with the construction & project management team to ensure major capex items are executed according to plan
