From inception to the opening and running of HE institutions, i am able to provide sage strategic advice to decision-makers. During my career I have been responsible for enhancing course content, developing innovative learning strategies, and the design of degrees for some of Australia’s leading HE providers. I have held senior leadership, board and committee roles, where I have positively influenced learning culture, advanced ongoing quality improvements, and gained a deep understanding of Australia’s regulatory environment. I have extensive knowledge and experience of compliance, strategic/business planning and performance reporting - including the design of KPIs and performance metrics in line with an organisation’s strategic priorities, its evaluation and reporting, business improvement processes and planning and reporting frameworks.My extensive teaching and learning background are supported by bachelor's and master's degrees, a Graduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching, and a PhD.
