With over 13 years of experience in healthcare IT, I am a full-stack software engineer, medical informatics consultant and project manager at Beda Software, a leading company in developing FHIR-based solutions for the healthcare industry. My mission is to leverage my technical skills, medical background, and project management expertise to create innovative and user-friendly applications that improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery and outcomes. I have co-authored multiple projects, including EMR systems, mobile apps, terminology services, and SMART on FHIR apps, using technologies such as Aidbox, Python, Docker, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and React. I am also the chief information officer of the National Congenital Heart Defect Register, a project that I have been building from scratch in collaboration with pediatric cardiovascular surgeons around the country. The register collects and analyzes data on patients with congenital heart defects, and provides valuable insights for research, policy, and practice. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to solve real-world problems in healthcare, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and methodologies that can enhance my work. I hold a Ph.D. Candidate in public health, healthcare management, and medical informatics, and an MD degree from Krasnoyarsk State Medical University.
