Production Department (2 Gas Treatment Plants in operating).Key Responsibilities:• Managing of a Team (2 members)• Preparing terms of requirements,• Making PFD and P&ID of the process of the operating Gas Treatment Plant (2 plants using a low-temperature separation process based on Joule-Thomson);• Analysis and improvement of process in the operating Gas Treatment Plant;• Optimisation of process (the last: water-methanol horizontal flare system, heat exchangers of a condensate treatment system);• Organization of HAZID/HAZOP. Prepare HAZID/HAZOP Terms of requirements, control (verification) of execution of HAZID/HAZOP recommendations;• Taking part in HAZID/HAZOP on new projects (GTP – gas treatment plant; BCS – boost compressor station; CSP – condensate stabilization plant; GTS – gas turbine station etc.) as process engineer;• Revision of PFD and P&ID, heat-material balances;• Revision of project documentation (pre-FEED; FEED, Detailed design);• Doing and checking hydraulic calculations.Key Achievements:• Reconstruction of Condensate Treatment Unit (heat exchangers).• Reconstruction of Well sites.• New Gas Treatment Plant.
