There are two things that really motivate me in my work.🌱 First, I’m driven by the idea of contributing to a more sustainable world. In my personal life, this means making choices like saving resources, eating plant-based, and cycling to work — something I love doing anyway. Professionally, I feel lucky to be a biologist. I’ve always been fascinated by the diversity of nature and how it solves complex problems, from molecular processes in cells to the immense scale of creatures like the blue whale. Working in biotechnology has shown me how we might apply nature’s solutions to tackle industrial challenges, and I believe it’s a step toward a more sustainable industry.🙏 My second motivation is building a work culture where everyone feels heard, appreciated, and able to grow in ways that suit their strengths. I really enjoy learning about leadership, trying new approaches, and improving little by little. For me, it’s all about learning from mistakes and evolving over time. My goal is simple: to be the kind of leader I would want to work for, creating a positive space where people feel valued and can thrive.
