As a Heavy Avionics Technician at the United States Air Force, I am responsible for maintaining, repairing, and inspecting the communication and navigation systems of various aircraft. I have been in this role for over four years, and I have obtained two Federal Communications Commission licenses: General Radiotelephone Operator License and GMDSS Radio Operator/Maintainer License, Both of these have the radar endorsment. These credentials enable me to operate and maintain radio equipment on board aircraft and at ground stations. I also have strong skills in troubleshooting, critical thinking, and debriefing, which are essential for ensuring the safety and efficiency of the avionics systems. I am passionate about aviation and electronics, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of avionics professionals. My goal is to continue to learn and grow in this field.
