On my own accord, I proposed a very detailed organizational and financial blueprint for a robust Hotel Division, that I believed would quickly achieve exponential market share in this often-overlooked “Luxury” channel of business; in doing so we would ensure alignment with our supplier’s luxury ethos and realize and deliver upon our customer expectations. -In 2008, it was approved as a beta test and has continued to grow exponentially since.
