The well-being of my client's company: Creating a basis that allows my client to benefit immediately, while building a future-proof sustainable business going forward. A successful development of a company is simply impossible without the right foundation. Being a driver of this journey and enabling my clients' success is always a valuable learning for me.2. My clients' teams: Although transformation and restructuring situations are never easy, I take great pleasure in working with my clients and their teams to focus on the most relevant optimization levers and to exploit these. I ensure that tasks and workflows are as efficient as possible in order for my clients‘ teams to abolish redundant tasks and essentially increase productivity.3. My personal development: While each transformation and restructuring situation has a similar goal, no two cases are exactly alike, mainly due to- a high degree of intransparency regarding data and processes within a company and between departments- internal stakeholders that struggle to find a common ground.Getting to know the data and process landscape and bringing together all stakeholders provides me with deep insights on how future situations can be optimized to an even higher degree and how program efficiency can be achieved.
