I am currently studying how to build, fix, and troubleshoot computers. I am relatively experienced with Microsoft office and can utilize the tools successfully. I am currently interning at Fidelity Investments located on 245 Summer street in Downtown Boston. I find myself consistently expanding my IT knowledge every day I go to work. Troubleshooting and customer service are most important when it comes to being an IT technician. One of the most important things I’ve learned while being an intern at Fidelity Investments is that you don't always have to know the answer, sometimes you just have to take the right steps onto figuring out the solution.
