As the assistant store manager I ensure every client is receiving exceptional luxury high end service; showroom orders, alteration, client appointments and marketing events. Train sales associates in clientele and client book development. I create daily store zonesheets and selling strategies, as well as conduct performance touch bases on sales and client development with sales associates.

As a manager I train and lead the staff through coaching, feedback, and role-play on selling scenarios. At Juicy I am also the customer service/ product knowledge manager. I coach in the moment to help associates integrate product knowledge in sales conversations. I also explain KPI’s to associates; helping others know how to contribute to the store goals. I contributed to a 40% increase in the stores volume for 2012 and boosted stores KPI’s by 60% to the pervious year with my product knowledge training. As a manager I am also responsible to contribute at least 20% of our monthly volume. As the customer service manager I am in charge of training and keeping our sales staff up to date with clienteling development.

Increased sales volume and designed merchandise, presentation strategies and special marketing campaigns, resulting in increased store traffic and profits. I was involved in hiring and training sales staff. Increased store inventory and expanded merchandise purchases. I also had experience working for three of A&F’s concept stores Hollister, Ruel and Gilly Hicks. The majority of my A&F training and experience was at Woodfield Mall; which was the fourth highest grossing store in the US. Managed a staff of over 150 associates.

Had a steady client base. At Bare Escentuals I was the leading sales associate. Averaged out 25% of personal sales towards the stores weekly goal. Was trained in make up application and skin care. Bare Essentials also provide me with my estuation license. Was part of the Oak Brook opening team.
