While working with Hillstone Restaurant Group as a Service Bartender, I was able to provide our guests with high quality cocktails and desserts with a discerning focus on fresh preparation with impressive speed. Duties included inventory management, inventory organization, and preparation of handmade bar mixes, following detailed cleaning procedures, as well as producing fresh squeezed juices for both FOH and BOH recipes. Hillstone also enrolled me in their server training program, providing me with invaluable job skills and insights in the process.

While working with Starbucks, I prepared beverages to both the specifications of our recipes and the personal preferences of our customers while maintaining a clean store environment. I took pride in offering prompt and welcoming service, as well as recommending retail products that could meet a customer's at-home needs. My focuses included detail menu knowledge,personalized customer service capabilities, and enforcing proper sanitation standards.As a Partner, I was transferred to the first Louisiana location to serve coffee using the then-revolutionary Clover Brewed coffee system. In the Fall of 2013, I was recruited by the company's district and regional management to assist with opening New Orleans' flagship location. During my time there, I assisted the bew store management with store set up, station layouts, and the training of new management and other partners for the Starbucks Reserve line of specialty coffee as well as the proprietary Clover-Brewed coffee system. I also studied and received company certifications as both a Barista Trainer and Coffee Master during this time period.
