Supervised the business process of corporate management and legal support of the JSC by expanding the set of legal practices, ensuring risk minimization amid dynamic interaction with the shareholder, the Federal Tax Service and the securities registrar, also optimizing the contractual framework.- Coordination, methodological guidance and supervision of the employees of the executive office, branches and representative offices of the JSC on corporate management issues and interactions with the Federal Tax Service.- Inspection and drafting internal JSC legislation and regulations concerning corporate management issues. Drawing up and approval coordination of constituent and organizational-administrative documents regulating the operating duty performance of the JSC and its corporate bodies. - Contracts and amending agreements drafting, approval coordination, negotiating and due diligence.- Organization and supervision of information disclosure on the material events of the securities issuer, as well as diverse information on the issuer exercise of rights and obligations fulfillment provided by the securities of JSC in the Fedresurs register.
