Information Governance Specialist
Current- Deliver comprehensive reports to multiple offices, ensuring compliance with engagement letters, administrative documents, billable hours, client documents, and physical copies.
- Facilitate smooth transitions and safeguard firm information by hosting departure meetings for attorneys and staff.
- Maintain efficient communication channels by redirecting unidentified mail to appropriate recipients.
- Conduct thorough reviews of electronic and physical files, media, and databases to segregate firm-owned, risk management, HR files, and other non-releasable materials during client and personal file releases.
- Enhance retrieval efficiency and maintain organized records through meticulous indexing and labeling of documents.
- Oversee all aspects of information governance processes, including file intakes, releases, destructions, and data access, ensuring strict adherence to firm policies and successful process completion.
