• Responsible for establishing relations with major Oil&Gas companies: Rosneft, Tatneft and Surgutneftegas. Work and support hundreds of customer`s IT stuff all across the country in 11 time zones (from Kaliningrad to Sakhalin). Responsible for personal quota achievement, customers and partners relations.• Developed large-deal HPE`s business across assigned accounts; increased the sales revenue from $0,5M up to $15M in the assigned accounts;• 12+ successful projects which were absolutely unique for the customers, some in cooperation with Intel, Paradigm and SAP;• Built strong relationships with C-level and IT executives of accounts and all major subsidiaries;• Managed internal cross-HPE and partner's resources effectively and efficiently to advance joint opportunities; qualify complex opportunities for risks and feasibility;• Created and leveraged a network of strategic relationships (SAP, Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, GE, Baker Hughes and others) to increase HPE`s business in the assigned accounts;• Prepared and executed events for customers, including visits to HPE plants and labs in the US, Europe, China and Singapore. Worked in close cooperation with local and foreign event agencies to plan and execute visit`s agenda. • Prepared the marketing strategies and coordinated it with customers;• Made articles with the description of implemented projects in specialized news portals (see examples of articles below in the section “Projects”);• Performed accurate weekly planning, forecasting and internal resources management;• Proposed the whole range of HPE`s portfolio solutions: from old-school servers and storages up to consumption-based model (HaaS, PaaS, SaaS all what HPE is now calling Green Lake),• Made presales work around IIoT for industrial plants (predictive analytics, sea of sensors, edge-to-cloud concept, etc.);• Consistently met my short and long-term targets. • Supervised and delegated tasks to a team of 7 people.
