Current• Responsible for supporting and facilitating a range of key business support functions and activities across the E-Commerce Fraud Team, ensuring all Woolworths Group customers enjoy a safe and secure online experience, whilst minimising any fraud-losses to the business and its partners.• Undertaking engagement with internal and external stakeholders to support and drive strategic growth ambitions, such as into new business areas, and adopting emerging fraud-prevention technologies… Show more • Responsible for supporting and facilitating a range of key business support functions and activities across the E-Commerce Fraud Team, ensuring all Woolworths Group customers enjoy a safe and secure online experience, whilst minimising any fraud-losses to the business and its partners.• Undertaking engagement with internal and external stakeholders to support and drive strategic growth ambitions, such as into new business areas, and adopting emerging fraud-prevention technologies. Attending workshops and forums, taking minutes or notes on fraud best practice and solutions to enhance fraud prevention capability for sharing back with the team.• Supporting the coordination of the E-Commerce Fraud Team’s periodic operating rhythm, business planning, prioritising, structuring, management and reporting, and developing and managing communications with internal stakeholders. • Providing insights and fraud mitigation recommendations to the wider Woolworths Group regarding new business initiatives and the creation of new business opportunities. Influencing and negotiating competing priorities, listening to needs and perspectives of all stakeholders to achieve the best outcome. • Reporting weekly and monthly progress against milestones, fraud system performance to external businesses in the fraud portfolio, and presenting complex information to senior leaders in a clear and concise manner.• Developing and creating standard operating procedures and documenting critical business processes, and more broadly, measuring and working on team and process maturity. • Being resilient in time-critical projects, reacting to emerging fraud trends or events, reviewing the integrity of data in fraud checks, and responding to incidents and collaborating with a range of different business operations partners. Writing ‘after action’ reports and incident summaries to clearly articulate identified risks or process breakdowns to senior leaders. Show less
