Having completed the Onboarding and Training for Centurion Secured on March, 28th, 2024 I served as a Tier 1 Centurion Secured SOC Analyst-in-Training. Our team was responsible for the monitoring of customer networks, documentation of security events and the escalation of tickets to Tier 2 Analysts for review before escalation to Tier 3 to review with the customer. As a part of this program, we are responsible for the security monitoring of multiple State of Colorado entities for the benefit of 500,000 Colorado residents. Nevertheless, our team escalates tickets to the National Cybersecurity Center (NCC).
