Managed the contractor, who was constantly delaying work and delivering bad results. Established regular calls with PM, tested and analyzed the product, forced the PM change at contractor, escalated problems at contractor to director level with weekly supervision from his side. Prioritized final product features. As a result, core product delivered on time, side features launched one month later. Poor marketing campaign and grant based orientation lead to very low interest of users.
