Setup of a new team within the Schiphol IT organization. This team is responsible for managing all escalations impacting our IT landscape.While managing relations with various stakeholders with in the organization we thrive to improve the way of working resulting in less outages, shorter MTTR, improved processes. Managing problems and collaborating with the change teams during changes and preparations are part of our work set including being a member of the Schiphol Crisis Organization (CVO).

Responsible for the Incident management process and backup role for Problem and Change management.During this period I contributed in transitioning all operations to another Vendor as HP was exiting this account. All processes where handed over successfully without any significant outages or disruptions.

Responsible for the daily operations of the service manager’s team at Telfort. This team consists of a change manager, problem manager, release manager, incident manager, and two duty managers.Actively involved in all transition activities of our customer and assisted in improving all service management processes that needed to be aligned with KPN as a result of internal integration.Key resource role during the successful renewal of the contract between HP and Telfort KPN.

Responsible for integrating new services for the ABNAMRO trading floor and stock exchange (Dealing room AEX option exchange). In this role I inventoried the needs of the customer and functioned as a liaison between the customer and the vendor who provide the IT solution.
