Happy attitude, excellent service and satisfied customers.My career journey started already early in my life and was always in combination with a face-to-face customer service. That showed me quickly how good my communication skills are, therefore I was trying to improve as much as I can. The results came faster than expected. My time working as a Demi Chef de Rang gave me a lot of experiences in Management, leadership and for my own discipline. It showed me how much resonsibility I can handle which I didn't know about, before starting to get into the worklife. From this point I knew I had to work hard to achieve the goals that I have. The next big accomplishment in my life was in my last Company, at Designer Transport. In the busiest time of the year we were running internally a charity competition in which we had to get as many 5-Star reviews as possible and were competing with all the delivery teams of Australia. Me and my offsider won the first place, twice. It is not only because of the communication or friendliness, an experienced opinion in Interior Design from us helped and is important to deliver a high end customer service. Working with so many different types of furniture pieces, brands and the collaboration with interior Designers made very curious to learn and gain more knowlegde in this area. I am an ambitious person who tries to reach his goals and always wants to see what I'm capable of doing and where my skills are. As soon as I have a good team around me with a lot of positive energy and a good work attitude, I feel comfortable and can work in my best form.
