CRH is the largest integrated building materials business in North America and the second largest building materials business in the world. The CRH Americas Materials West Division is comprised of 32 business units serving customers in ten Western states. Products and services include aggregates, asphalt, concrete, and construction services. The West Division team includes nearly 5,000 employees.As a Performance Analyst, I worked with our West Division Performance Managers to create analytical tools for our business users. The majority of my time was spent developing SQL scripts and Tableau Dashboards for various departments, but I also assisted in automating tasks through Alteryx Designer and Microsoft Power Query. I also worked as the lead Business Analyst for multiple re-organizations of our Division's Operational Structure.

I assist the BYU Economics department with data collection, data manipulation, and additional research as professors prepare academic papers. Much of my time is spent collecting data and utilizing Stata (a statistical software) to prepare data for the necessary econometric analyses.

American Heritage is one of the largest required general courses at BYU. This course is designed to prepare students in understanding how humanity creates better and improved societies. Students learn various political concepts that shaped America and how these ideas have grown more complex in contemporary politics. This is achieved through focusing on the disciplines of Political Science, History, and Economics. As a Teaching Assistant I worked closely with course administrators and professors to teach the required content to my 50+ this students. This was accomplished through weekly labs, where a deeper analysis of course material could be conducted, discussed, and debated. If additional help was required, I taught various review sections and additional insights in the American Heritage Review Room, which serves 2000 students per semester.

Physical Science 100 is a common course used to fulfill the Physical Science portion of the General Education Requirements at BYU. Students gain an understanding of basic science principles, learn how to properly analyze scientific data/experiments, and apply scientific methodology to real world scenarios. As a Teaching Assistant, I oversaw the grading of weekly assignments and monthly tests for the course's online section, which contained over 300 students. I also provided tutoring for students in the in-person help lab and prepared them to achieve course goals.

Bear Country Bees creates customer-focused beekeeping products, services, and innovations designed to assist individual beekeepers. Bear Country Bees is a local company based in Salem, Utah. I had the special opportunity to work with Bear Country Bees through an On-Campus Internship with Brigham Young University. My team and I developed an audio animation logo to be implemented in advertising opportunities. We also conducted market research to develop a video streamlining process that would aid in the production of training videos.
