Alex was awarded the 4th King’s Scholarship, as well as a Music Exhibition, to Eton College, having been Head Boy at Caldicott Preparatory School in Berkshire. After leaving Eton, he went on to study PPP at New College, Oxford University, before entering the teaching profession in 2009. He has since taught Oxbridge Entrance at Eton College, Mathematics at Wellington College, and was Head of Science at The Independent School, a Special Educational Needs school in London.With over 15,000 hours of teaching and tutoring experience over the past ten years, Alex is one of the most decorated tutors in London, specialising in entrance to the UK’s leading private schools and universities whilst also preparing graduates for applications to leading global banks. His specialist subjects include Mathematics (having averaged 98% in Maths and Further Maths at A-Level), Science, English, Classics, Humanities, French and Philosophy. He is also a distinguished sportsman, having represented Oxford University and London Irish in rugby, and is an accomplished musician.
