As the CityWide Director of Tennis, I am proud to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Junior Development Pathway, designed to create meaningful opportunities for players of all ages and abilities to grow and thrive in tennis.My role involves: •Strategic Leadership: Designing and overseeing a clear pathway for junior players, helping them progress from beginner to advanced levels, including college and professional tennis opportunities. •Community Engagement: Expanding play opportunities for junior and adult players throughout the community, fostering participation, inclusivity, and a lifelong love for the sport. •Program Management: Managing programs at WTEF’s state-of-the-art facilities, including a 50,000-square-foot East Campus with 6 indoor courts and 9 outdoor courts, as well as the West Campus, home of the Mubadala Citi DC Open. •Budget Oversight: Developing and managing the operating budget for all tennis programming, ensuring sustainable growth and impact. •Culture Building: Co-developing, co-managing, and co-promoting a culture of excellence alongside the Director of Programs and coaches, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and success.At WTEF, my mission is to inspire and equip players to achieve their personal best through tennis while strengthening community connections.

As an Owner of ProsToYou Tennis, I led and directed the operations of over 20 clubs and 10 tennis enrichment programs, including the Montgomery TennisPlex in Germantown, MD.
