Worked on two Artificial Intelligence-based projects that utilized technologies like Amazon Lex, Amazon Kendra and Genesys Cloud. I oversaw the discovery, design, delivery and testing of the AI-backed projects.In addition, I worked on a customer-facing financial transactions project for the annuities division of Prudential. I designed an interface to simplify the user journey and enhance the customer experience.

Designed a user interface that included Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning components from conception to delivery to maximize the software’s potential. I also developed and maintained wireframes and functional specifications to share with the development team.In addition, I managed and improved the social media channels for a digital marketing company that functioned as a separate division of Aponia Data. Focusing mainly on Instagram and Twitter, I increased engagement by more than 10 times in some instances.

I meticulously entered data points on fundraising results into the grants portal. The inputted data was later analyzed to identify potential funders for the non-profit organization.
