During my employment at Pembroke MDF as a process engineer, I gained valuable work experience that can make me an indispensable member of your team. I demonstrated excellent communication skills in a fast pace manufacturing environment working with Operations, Maintenance and engineering to implement process changes. I developed successful supplier relations managing the chemical raw material inventory. I developed a keen awareness for industrial safety as a member of the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) member and a member of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) at Pembroke MDF. I am a resourceful thinker, quick learner, excellent time manager and have an outgoing personality. This latter trait has allowed me to integrate quickly into new places of employment. I also have a keen awareness of industrial safety.My immediate goals are to secure employment in my field of study and to complete the experience requirements to earn my Professional Engineer status. Long term, I would like to make meaningful contributions to the Chemical Engineering field either through research, design, construction or operation of plant and equipment in the chemical engineering discipline.I feel that my skills, combined with my academic qualifications make me a competitive candidate for employment.
