Leader of a 20-person department with responsibility for all of Beechcraft's worldwide legal and compliance matters, including M&A and strategic investments, product liability litigation, state and local government matters, and oversight of the export and import compliance teams.

Provided legal, strategic, structuring, and general transactional advice in connection with multiple acquisitions and dispositions valued in the aggregate at over $20 billion and other strategic transactions for global enterprises involved in a myriad of industries, including refining and chemicals, process and pollution control equipment and technologies, minerals and fertilizers, fibers and polymers, commodities and financial trading and services, and forest and consumer products.
