My role was to maintain cash-flow across several racecourse bars. This entailed distributing cash floats and collecting and accounting for takings upwards of £100k daily. This was an important role in ensuring bars were able to service customers and that back-office accounting was able to be undertaken accurately.

Responsible for the daily upkeep and maintenance of the bar and cellar without supervision and in sole charge when the owners were away. Day to day tasks included, greeting, seating and taking food and drinks orders/payment from the customers. Serving beer, wine and cocktails. Alongside my educational studies and part-time work, I have previously dedicated large amounts of time and effort to my sport. I represented BikeBoxAlan, a junior amateur cycling team at multiple national level events such as the Junior National Road Race Championships and the Sheffield Grand Prix.

I was responsible for serving customers and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the bar including ordering and maintaining stock, upkeep of the cellar and the creation new cocktail recipes to entice customers.

Responsibilities included locating, collecting and packaging tyres and miscellaneous items to be distributed to international customer networks. Examining and inspecting international orders to ensure quality and customer demands were met. Safe storage of warehouse stock to minimise damage.
