Always taking on new challenges to gain approval for developments for our clients. Whether that be a small carport extension, a commercial/industrial development or large subdivision. I’m also working on innovative solutions for urban planning with data-driven automation and GIS mapping systems. Born in Brisbane, Australia, I graduated from Griffith University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Urban and Environmental Planning. Upon graduating, I surprised my peers by starting my own private consulting town planning business. With a drive to succeed, Steffan Town Planning (STP) has since become one of the go-to town planning consultancies in Queensland and is now in its 16th year of operation. Through that time, I have taken part in over 4000 approvals and am an advocate for achieving good planning outcomes for both my clients and the community. I also developed the world's first interactive town planning application, PropertEASE; I provide ongoing education and training to the town planning community via the Urban and Regional Planning Education Centre (URPEC); and built SEO optimised websites for people.
