Current- The main function is key in developing and maintaining a secure business environment across the infrastructure in Russia and CIS.- Liaise with Regional Managers, Directors and Business Leaders to agree and coordinate priorities for security advice and advice and support to protect people and assets in Russia against the threats posed by armed conflict, terrorism, organized and violent crime.- Executive protection during the visit of senior management to Russia and CIS.- Ensure that there is a consistent, common approach to security and that all operations are conducted in accordance with the current Citi Security Standards.- Professional security risk assessment, advice, support to management.- Ensure that security policies, plans and procedures are in place, and they are reviewed on regular basis.- Manage existing security providers with policies. Appoint and manage vendors.- Ensure that country security staff, supervisors, security administrators are competent to perform their security responsibilities, including managing, training and development programs and provide advice and assistance when required.- Promote security risk management, security awareness, collective and individual responsibility for practising good security at all times.
