I joined AHA in late 2017 as Data Analyst/Consultant in the Evaluation and Advisory arm. I am currently the Project Manager for the Disability Inclusion Facilitator Service, working in partnership with the Victorian Department of Education and Training to roll out and support the Disability Inclusion Profile. The Disability Inclusion Profile and surrounding process helps schools and families identify the strengths, functional needs, and educational adjustments schools can make to assist students with disability and additional learning needs.While at AHA I've had the pleasure of working on several projects including:- Data analysis for the National Suicide Prevention Leadership Support Program- Evaluation of the new NDIA participant pathway- Exploratory analysis of barriers to palliative care for under-served populations- Evaluation of the Forced Adoption Support Service- Evaluation of the Medibank Carefirst chronic disease management program- Redesign of the Trans and Gender Diverse service system in Victoria- WA Mental Health Commission Recovery College literature review- Dementia Respite Extended Care program review- Administration of the 6th Community Pharmacy Agreement Programs (responsible for transition management of QUMAX, Section 100 Pharmacy Support Allowance and the Emergency Locum Service).I have primarily been involved in the design, collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, but have also contributed to tender development and applications, and broader consulting and project management duties across various projects.

During my time with ConNetica Consulting I was fortunate to work with a dedicated and passionate team developing and refining tools to support mental health, AOD and broader social and health system service mapping, design and development. My PhD investigated youth mental health and help-seeking, with a focus on both individual and social factors that may facilitate or prevent help-seeking in response to ill-mental health. In particular, I am interested in how symptom attributions impact upon variables associated with help-seeking, and how peers can effectively assist a friend who may be experiencing ill-mental health.

Prepared a literature review for the Australian Law Reform Commission on young people's knowledge of and attitudes toward online privacy, legal rights and responsibilities as to their behaviours online and the practice of sexting.

Managed a team of crew to meet and exceed desired store targets and have active involvement in managing store safety and running safety meetings. Co-ordinated sales areas, maintained store appearance and trained staff.

Assisted in research on Avena Sativa (Oat) supplements in promoting cerebral blood flow. Duties included cognitive test administration, cognitive test construction and preparation of research protocols and supplements and the use of Trans-Cranial Doppler Somnography to identify and evaluate cerebral blood flow in major arteries.
