Reporting to Country Head of Global Manufacturing Germany, this operation leader role will support country head in operation management, resource planning, and drive cross-department collaboration and LEAN conversion to increase operation efficiency and fulfil business goal. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and influencing skills, and cross-functional leadership.•Responsible for non-GMP process management in GMFG-GER• Support country head in annual budget planning, maintenance Capex budget management• Support country head in KPI setting, KPI management, strategy planning and policy deployment• Lead WBS and LEAN operation in GMFG GER to continuously improve efficiency of business operation• Lead Business Continuity Management in GMFG GER• Lead GMFG internal collaboration and sharing (equipment, material and knowledge)• Be the liaison between manufacturing senior leadership and HRBP team, Finance BP team, Complianceteam, and other OUs.• Support country head in the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of internal leadership meetings andbusiness reviews, including but not limited to Senior Leadership Meetings, Executive Committee,Supervisory Board meetings.• Accountable that all required German registrations and reports statutory req. and submissions are done in a timely manner and content wise correctly (DUNS, business registration, statistical reports, etc.).• Serve as key country office contact for internal and external queries. • Handle and align facility high level yearly production plan. By serving as the key contact forcommunication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up,manufacturing operation, asset installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues.

• Serve as the key contract for communication and coordination efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, field start-up, manufacturing operation, asses installation and maintenance, defect rectification, variation issues.• Achieve a project planning team capable of managing internal and external customer projects including both within the production and construction site.• Track,monitor and report project status regularly including elements such as: scope,quality,effort,schedule progress and risk according to defined metrics plan.• Managing the design functions on projects including liaising with specific architecture practices and engineering throughout all phases from feasibility to operations.• Development and evolution of the overall project schedule , for the allocated scope of work, updating of the schedule to reflect progress and using the schedule to optimize work and resolve problems.• Provides technical support for commercial-scale production of intermediates that requires the application of innovative manufacturing technologies.• Leads the service engineering team to manage the full lifecycles of the product service delivery from the phase of product concept building to end of service to meet customer requirements for product quality, cost to ensure the product development is done on-time ,with right quality, cost and QMS compliance.• Identification, management and successful deployment of key continuous improvement projects around the principles of operational excellence to drive value out of the manufacturing organizations and network.

• Machine and structures functions investigating, designing, running performance following up and keep improving. Handle issues which feedback from customers, possible reasons investigating and analysing for running problems.• Provide E2E solution and implementation as well.• Verify and qualify new testers and tooling through sample run or trial run for NPI.• Create documents for Tooling & Testers, on setup, calibration and maintenance.• Project management experience in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, cost calculation and closing processes.• Lead multiple projects and partner with management or functional managers to resolve conflicts and obtain resources for projects.Work experienceCurriculum vitaePersonal information• Strong stakeholder relationship management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various functional groups and other business units.• Coach, encourage and evaluate the team members.
