• Provides technical and functional consulting to all current and potential clients within Middle East and Africa region on Misys banking solutions/products through process and business analysis and translating it to known and/or bespoke Misys solutions/products/development to adhere to the bank’s functional and operational core and auxiliary banking requirements.• Performs on-site implementation to bank’s environment of Misys products/solutions for upgrades or new users/clients in accordance to specifications, project requirements and timelines which includes providing client technical and functional trainings to administrators and end-users alike on the newly implemented solution/module on their system/environment.• Provides immediate analysis, solutions, workarounds, bespoke utilities and hot fixes/patches to issues encountered during implementation to ensure project continuity and ensures that these issues gets logged with Product Support and Development Team for proper documentation, investigation and patch roll-ups.• Performs on-site/off-site Professional Services tasks including (but is not limited to) upgrade/new installation, system configuration, functional testing, technical regression testing, systems integration testing, bespoke funded development, UAT support, pre-Go Live and post-Go Live support.• Performs on-site client-billable work (premium support services and managed services) to clients requiring more urgent turn-around times for system issues and RFAs beyond the normal agreed support procedures. • Identifies other revenue-generating opportunities arising from auxiliary customer requirements which are outside the scope of the pre-agreed business analysis.
