As a Robotics Engineer II at Telamon Robotics I have had the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of these developments.Breakthroughs in quality inspection leveraging narrow AI models, have allowed us to pinpoint defects and opened up new possibilities in automation. Building digital twins has allowed for better layout, pathing optimizations, and faster deployment times. Our ability to develop custom software solutions on top of our existing technology has enabled us to better tailor to our customers. Improving user experience and enabling us to enter new markets that were unable to maintain complex automation previously.AI, digital twins, and custom solutions have been key to our relevance in this rapidly growing space. Working for a start up brings its own set challenges requiring me to be a jack of all trades. As a security software engineer I ensure user data privacy and maintain product reliabilityRoles:-Evaluate security vulnerabilities within the database, network, and front end-Test and patch bugs throughout the product-Brainstorm and implement features-Clean up and improve existing features-Strategize and adapt business model to fit user needs-Collaborate with product team to discuss objectives

I worked with Infosys’ Emerging Technology Research and Development team. We experimented with various technologies to identify their applications and limitations. My internship focussed on the Microsoft Hololens. I was tasked with experimenting with Azure cloud anchors. I reported to the team with my findings and came up with a project. I developed a tool that allowed you to position a map of anchors that could later be identified via spacial recognition. The anchors positional and directional data was stored in the cloud allowing a seamless transition between locations. This tool could be adapted to various applications including augmented guided tours, multi room experiences, and collaborative augmented reality.Roles:-experiment with technologies to determine their applications and shortcomings-report to team to discuss my findings and identify use cases-develop and test prototype software-research market and prototypes viability as a fully fledged product

Instructor:Working at TechShop mid-peninsula I taught various courses on programming, design/modeling software, and functional prototyping. These classes reinforced my knowledge of Autodesk and Adobe software. As well as, improved my ability with laser cutters, 3D printing and wood working.Intern:Starting off as an intern at TechShop I was tasked with maintaining equipment, and customer safety. This came with the bonus of having a free membership allowing me to learn and experiment with the available software and tools. The extra time I spent paid off turning into a teaching position.
